Client Testimonial -
"I was suffering with alot of neck pain, tense upper arm
muscles
as well as a painful right shoulder. I went to see Jo at Tork Health. I now have no pain at all, sleep normally and am relaxed whilst being far less stressed .My muscles are also more supple and the feeling of being healthier is also equally better".
Repetitive Strain Injuries
Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) or Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS) are umbrella terms that include many localised injuries such as trigger finger, golfer’s and tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, neck pain and carpal tunnel
Often the cause of RSI or OOS is overuse of the particular body part, especially if that activity is performed awkwardly or with considerable pressure. RSI is a very common injury among workers today, affecting computer professionals, hairdressers, butchers, assembly-workers, painters, other trades and from activities like knitting or sewing.
